KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY

Believe in yourself.

It isn't always easy.

Go slowly, enjoy the view;

take time to heal the pain;

rebuild yourself gently

enhance your awareness.

Knowledge is the key.

Learn to soar

so you can be free.

What a nice poem. I am so glad that you are back...in fact when I was listing my Sunday Six reasons to smile I put you in the list.

How are you and Ned and George? I hope all is well...
I have really missed you.

Hugs, Lura

Ned is doing alright...his Pulmonary Fibrosis is progressing and he just went on oxygen at night, last Wednesday. He gets tired easily and his legs bother him, but we keep on trucking.

George is doing good. He is still as "sassy" as ever.

Beginning Wednesday, October 1st, I will be teaching a NAMI family education class at the V.A. Hospital in SLC. It is a 12-week course geared towards families of returning veterans. Guess I will ride the Front Runner down, and then take TRAX up to the V.A. Hospital.

Our grandson is progressing every day. This has been a 'topsy turvy' time for us. Hopefully, things will settle down soon.

I have missed you also Lura. You give me something to look forward to. LOL
