HAPPY LABOR DAY 2009
Have a wonderful Labor Day 2009. Let's all pray that soon everyone has a job, that the economy turns around, that people start to feel good about our country.
I hope that you had a happy labor day too. We just had Mindy and the kids come over. We played in the pool most of the day. I made bbq ribs but they got darker than I like. Our bbq is old and we can't adjust the heat well any more. I baked the ribs at a low heat for 3 hours in the oven so they were tender before we put them on the bbq. John was suppose to just put them on long enough to brown them...not black them... but oh well...what was done was done so I didn't complain. Haha Have a good day. Hugs, Lura
